Kana Dynamic IP Updater

IP Address with 2 network cards

Question:

I have 2 network cards on my system. How can I use the automatic IP address detection so only IP address from one particular card is used?

Answer:

The automatic IP address detection uses principle: if the IP address is not on the private IP list then it must be a public IP.

So, if you have more than one card, then select the "Allow me to configure manually" from the "IP address" tab on Setting window, then add the IP address of the card(s) that you do not want to use to the private IP list on the window displayed after you click the Configure button.
