What programming language do you use to develop the programs provided here?

Answer:

All the programs are developed by using Borland Delphi 5, so the language is Delphi, a derivative of Pascal.

The IDE is set to use Bitstream Vera Fonts, the best font for programming in my opinion. See also this programmer’s font review.
