Because of many requests we got from users to be notified when new release is available, we setup an announcement-only mailing list. The announcement-only means that the users who subscribe to the list are not allowed to post message. This is also to prevent the list to be used as a spam tool.

The subscribers of the mailing list will get an email when the news posted on the Kana Solution’s home page. To better manage your email, the email sent to the mailing list subscribers will have a subject line begins with the word [KanaSolution], which can be used to filter the email.

Please note that, as stated in our Privacy Policy, the email addresses used for the mailing list will not be used for any other purposes other than for communication only.
