Kana Dynamic IP Updater accepts a parameter when it starts, which can be used to specify the location of the configuration file. Once you start Kana Dynamic IP Updater with the location of configuration file specified, you can set it to run with Windows. The location of the configuration file will be recorded and used for the subsequent run.

You need to do it for all users.

The other solution is by creating a shortcut on Start folder for all users, and specify the location of configuration file on the shortcut.
